As Huawei expanded beyond traditional telco & consumer markets, Greg incubated & scaled Huawei’s global strategic enterprise & cloud alliance programs, consisting of the likes of Accenture, Microsoft, Intel, Oracle, SAP & others, growing the portfolio to an annual $1B run rate.
Greg was the GM of the WorkSpan Networking Communications business and head of Alliances.
Greg and Erik were both involved in designing and executing the partnering activities of the "category leader in Partner and Ecosystem management"
While at Oracle HQ and Oracle Middle East, Erik built out and grew the Oracle Partnering and sales activities in the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia growing revenue by 300% over a 3 year period
Greg held multiple senior roles in business development, strategic alliances, WW channels, & corporate M & A, supporting $5B in annual business, incubating & scaling key programs: alliance marketing, developer, ISV & cloud.
Erik was part of an internal group of people "incubating" (internal partnering) and focused on designing complex solutions (High Availability, Data Warehousing ) and bringing them to market with partners.
Erik joined the "information Lifecycle Management" initiative at Hitachi Data Systems and managed joint solution development and sales with partners like Symantec. At a later stage Erik developed partner relationships with Oracle and SAP.
Greg led the strategy, go-to-market and global team for the Citrix industry-leading global ISV 1000+ partner ecosystem & marketplace, achieving 100’s of millions of dollars in annual revenue.
